7.0 earthquake hits myanmar. - kanevaldier - 2011-03-24 Ok, I realize that earthquakes happen every single day all around the world and while it does suck, it is part of the natural process of this planet. My only issue is the tsunami comments that have been added to many of the press releases on this quake. Do they have to put that in the story? No. But it seems like now because of what happened in Japan we are going to hear that every time. This quake was pretty far inland and would not be able to cause a tsunami, yet many press releases just had to say that no tsunami warnings were sent out. Kind of pointless to even mention it if it has no chance to cause one if you ask me. Anyway, I hope everyone in the region is ok. 7.0 earthquake hits myanmar. - Sarah - 2011-03-24 This is God punishing the world for America electing Obama... on topic: This is awful.
