It's a clinic for POKEMON, not PEOPLE, it won't cost much, especially since they waste no resources when healing your Pokemon. Just put your balls on the machine, it beeps and boops and they're all healed up. pomegranate, I bet it doesn't even require any medical training. Did Nurse Joy ever seem very educated to you?
