i m concern about Empresss Blessing, which the effect same as blessing of fairy...
does Empresss Blessing is only for UA character? or all character will have this skill after "aftershock patch" as long as i got KoC in my ID?

Works for all characters on the account that a Cygnus character is on, except for the Cygnus itself. For a Cygnus to get the Empress Blessing you would need a second Cygnus.

Empress blessing works for all of your accounts, unless i misunderstood it completely.
