So I'm over level 23 on my female Evan who gets free stuff for being female and I went up to Camila expecting to deliver her gem to ol' Onii-chan. Much to my surprise, the quest wasn't there. Can an Evan do Camila's Gem? Can only male characters do it?

Uh, doesn't matter if you're a male or a female.
As for the quest, I'm not sure if the level requirement went up or if it got removed. Though I do know Evans have a special quest regarding Camila, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. Check one more time? You don't really get anything nice from that quest anyway...

Odd. I remember completing this quest on my Evan before Big Bang. Of course, it was removed from completion since most quests have been removed.
The quest doesn't seem to be available either, and as far as I know, there are no pre-requisites in order to access the quest. I suppose Nexon did remove the option to begin the quest for Evans, as of Big Bang. If not, then maybe they added some sort of pre-requisite quest... somewhere.

It's likely to do with being an Evan.
