Cygnus skills on pre UA patch adv. - fodjgngf - 2011-03-05
So I learned exsisting adventurers can get the Cygnus skills but they level up through leveling your character. So my character is at 168 and if it gets the skill it'll be level 1.. so.. at level 200 i'll only have level 3.. What i want to know is if you'll get the rest of the levels or will i just be stuck at 3?

On an existing adventurer above level 120, you can just do the quests sequentially. It's only under 120 that you have to wait 10 levels.
