You know, right here they have an "event" where if you preordered it then they would give you a celebi, any idea of how this may work?

That's the thing, you can still get celebi the normal way. What the hell is the point of their dumb preorder event then? Oh well, I guess I have to wait and see this sunday.

No, some stores are making it to where they only activate the download when you pre-order Black/White.

Someone told me that the post-gen pokemon transfer is done in a regular poke-center so I'm not sure, I hope you can though.

You have to beat the Elite Four to transfer Pokes other than event Raikou, Entei, Suicune, and Celebi
I don't really get why anyone would want to transfer old Pokes for their ingame play through anyway when there are a bunch more new ones you can try
