LHC questions - HellenzSin - 2011-03-01

1. At what level can someone start leeching LHC for crazy exp? Lower than 120?
2. Is anything good dropped by LHC monsters? Tradeable stuffs?
3. This one is for people who play KMS. How rare are the lvl 120 LHC weapons/armors? Are the items used to make them very common and really easy to get?

LHC questions - FenixR - 2011-03-01

1. Leech is dead get over it. Only 110+ can enter LHC without family tele.
2. I do remember that mobs drops some totems that you exchange for the LHC Sets.
3. im not a kms player soooo...

0. It's Lionheart Caste, not LHC... That's the Large Hadron Collider.
1. You can't leech if you can't 100% hit the monster yourself. I dunno what the lowest monster lvl is in Lionheart.
2. No idea, I guess the usual stuff.
3. Lionheart equips are lvl 130 afaik :?

I leveled my mech from 1-176, so this made me chuckle.
dante9898 Wrote:2. I do remember that mobs drops some totems that you exchange for the LHC Sets.
Would like to know if these are tradeable.
Devil Wrote:3. Lionheart equips are lvl 130 afaik :?
No.

1. No, you leech if you are within level range of the monster, just like you always have. 5 levels below the monster if I recall correctly.
2. Probably.
3. 120.

LHC questions - Takebacker - 2011-03-01

The totems are tradeable and extremely cheap in kms iirc

LHC questions - Imitazion - 2011-03-01

dude.
research.

LHC is for people above 110.
they don't drop anything remarkable.
Nox Van Leon equips are 130, and are tradable once, with 8 slots.

I play KMS.

LHC questions - Takebacker - 2011-03-01

Tradeable once is an amazing tidbit. Marty in my alliance will be exstatic to hear that. Except the weapons are lv 120 as shown by extractions and spadow. 130 equips are forged.

LHC questions - FenixR - 2011-03-01

Even though the Lvl 130 are called Lionheart they DON'T come from LHC. And those 2 equipment are tradeable until equiped but can be retradeable using a PSoK.

Devil Wrote:0. It's Lionheart Caste, not LHC... That's the Large Hadron Collider.

Caste? GG. Also lrn2acronyms. LionHeart Castle

yep, there goes my plan of scrolling a 130 polearm, it's gonna be a pain to even get one.
and i don't know, but i can't wait to say i am training in the large hadron collider

on that regard, are 120 weapons even useful at all? only use i could see is for the set bonus of 30PDR ignore, but people that have cubed won't be switching that easily, not to mention, warriors+overall=ugh and thiefs+overall=noHB

LHC questions - FenixR - 2011-03-01

I have regular equips so i don't mind change. Only things is maybe i won't get full set because iirc they didn't release 1h version of the warriors weps.

LHC questions - Kaasoljoyyx - 2011-03-01

Leech isn't 100% dead, it's just really slow. Since some people will use mules to fill up the 6 slots, they can get some leech too. My group plans to have 3 attackers, 1 hs mule leeching, and 0~1 more leechers with rest being non-leechers.

So far my bishop has leveled from 160 --> 169 when i did my wildhunter to 15x and my mech to 17x

1. Or up to 5 levels below someone who hit the monster, which can theoretically be up to 19 levels below the monster. (Although some skills ignore the accuracy formula, I think they are all fourth-job, so this is not relevant for LHC).

I think by "leech is dead" he didn't mean someone not killing doesn't get any exp. Only that it's so much slower than training yourself, that it's pointless. Remains to be seen whether a level 117 hanging on a rope at Beowolves will level any faster than if he were training normally at Ghost Pirates or wherever.

110+... 5 lvls away from that on my CB =3

Assuming the "Log into same account from multiple computers" thing still works, it's similar to what my 2 sisters' and I are gonna do. Just leech our alts and have our mains be the attackers for the +250% bonus exp. Funny enough, we already have the ideal setup. Bishop for HS, Bucc for SI, BM for SE, Pally for CO, NL for Haste, and my DW as Echo mule.

Dark Link Wrote:Assuming the "Log into same account from multiple computers" thing still works,

It doesn't.

As for my plans:
I have Hero and Bishop, and in extremis I should be able to field another two leeching mules, a pally for CO and another bishop just as a warm body for party exp. (They are 97 and 101 atm, so still working on that)
I have plenty of high-level friends who could join as attackers, but our timezones are all different so it looks like it's going to be one of those "warm bunk" party setups. So not looking forward to that bit.

Ours is pretty much

bishop (leecher)
mechanic
wh
bam
2 mules

All of us are funded and strong so we don't really need to stick together to kill. But we're not sure exactly if we'll split up or move together yet. One nice thing is since some of us train at different times, when someone has to sleep, they'll just leech while the others train and vice versa.
