Asking for a friend who didnt want to believe me and he was too lazy to sign up.
Level 163 staff is perfect for battle mages, correct?
They don't suffer for the damage reduction and the staves being fast 4 is brilliant, correct?

Yes. The most effective weapon path would be something like Poison Mushroom to Evil Wing to Pyogo Mushroom to Elemental Staff 1-4 to Elemental Staff 5-8. That would be all fast Staves (not counting Bain Wing from Balrog boss, because that is hard to get and an Evil Wing has the same M att but a higher level req). Maple staff, Revolution Staff, Maple Llama Staff/Nocturnal Staff and Maple Wisdom Staff are normal speed and would at least be better than regular staves.

Its purrrrrrrrfect for them. No reduction what-so-ever. Unless nexon decides to change that thanks to the whiny ass Archmages (WHINY ASS ONLY, the rest of the AM are cool to me
).
