Letter of Commendation won't drop.. - Gregory - 2011-01-20 I'm in Pirate Training Center and i've gained 2 levels off pigs and the letter wont drop.. Did they make it a rarer drop or does anyone else have this problem? EDIT: Got it then this happened:
