Is it possible if you can use a makered Amtheyst on a glove that you want to Maker? Just curious.

If you mean can you use Amethyst(Speed) on gloves, yeah you can.
The only restrictions AFAIK are Diamonds(WA) and Sapphires(MA) which can be used on weapons only.
