Yeah this was a huge deal last night over in the LoL forums. Apparently it's going to be anyone at max level will be able to participate and earn
the LoL equivalent of maple points for deciding in the majority favor of each case. I cannot wait because it is a team play enviroment with a bunch
of idiot kids ruining games for the 9 other people in their games.
Definately a step in the right direction, and hopefully sometime down the road other gaming companies follow suit with something
similar to help maintain their games.

Also, this kind of thing can already be seen to many extents in community-directed sites like newgrounds.com, where the users can dictate what submissions and reviews make the cut, and which ones don't, and which ones are abusing the ToS. Mods and admins ultimately oversee whether judgment on certain special issues and abuses get the green light or decide that user concerns are unwarranted/misguided.
