Beginner's "Path" - Matty - 2008-09-20 Im not sure which I enjoy more: Having Fun OR Training Well When I want to have fun I could do numerous things. Talk to random people, make friends, tell people im not a noob ( ), argue with others about beginners, fight lower monsters, hangout with friends, buy or get fame, and even fight monsters around my level that are best for grinding. When I want to train well, I do the obvious... PQ I mean, in CPQ, the exp is great when you win, and sometimes when you lose. But it has so many flaws. For one thing, its extremely hard to get into a party, forcing me to make my own and party nice high leveled people. And Ill have to party with extremely good ppl, to make up for me being in the party. Then after all this trouble ill have to fight in the pq of course. So ill do my best to help out. But like every 5 seconds, ill have to pickup a potion to heal my hp. Even with my defense equips, they dont help much, and then my attack wont be as "great". But luckily I choose good members, and win usually.....after a while. ![]() So what do you think I should do? What path is best? :f6: Beginner's "Path" - Blankout - 2008-09-20 It really depends on your mood. If a lot of friends and guildies are on or you just feel like socializing or something, you should go have fun. If you feel like you're not leveling fast enough, then go train. Beginner's "Path" - Matty - 2008-09-20 I get so frustrated with training though. I was training at Nightmares with TrikinJoe1 (Level 51 Beginner) and I thought it was good exp. But I was like, yeah, this is crap compared to CPQ! Yet, CPQ frustrates me and pisses me off even more! Dam you Khaini maplers!!!
Beginner's "Path" - NoJobNoRules - 2008-09-20 Lulz Matt. I CAN always cPQ on my sister's cleric if you want, although it isn't that great to start with. <_< And yea, as blank said. Do w/e you feel like doing. I wish I was a hero on my sader already, but I have enough fun just hanging around and stuff. Beginner's "Path" - Matty - 2008-09-20 Whats your sister's cleric level? Im kinda might be grounded from maplestory...maybe forever. Big issues and I might be screwed big time. Who knows... S> Account!? Beginner's "Path" - NoJobNoRules - 2008-09-20 Oy. She quit it at 41 or 42. I cPQ'd to get a necklace and then a marble(failed D . I think it is level 45 or 46 atm. 7x LUK though. <_<
Beginner's "Path" - Matty - 2008-09-20 Ahhhh, so its screwed up? Beginner's "Path" - NoJobNoRules - 2008-09-20 It's...decent. If we were gonna do a full on 5 or 6 party, it'd work very well.
Beginner's "Path" - Dusk - 2008-09-21 Find a friend to CPQ with. I'm usually willing to help friends get through 3x by CPQing with them on my Fighter. They can just go afk while I own the hell out of stage 3/4. If you have 3 people or 2 computers, you can also rig a 2v2 so you can't lose. Beginner's "Path" - Matty - 2008-09-21 The thing is... all my friends are high leveled...seriously. Even my beginner buddies are either over Level 50, or under Level 30!!! And all my jobbed buddies are near 3rd job or even 4th!!! Someone please help me
