If you are experiencing no problems connecting to MapleStory since v.91, please ignore this message.

After the latest MapleStory update, HackShield is causing difficulties for some players to load the game. To remedy your connection issues with v.91 please follow the instructions below.

1. Be sure you have logged off MapleStory and MapleStory is not running.
2. Download the new HackShield update here.
3. Unzip the downloaded file and run the executable by double-clicking it.
4. Start MapleStory normally.

If this solution does not fix your game issues with v.91 please describe it thoroughly here on our forums.
