Are these regarded as Tier 2 potential or tier 3?
I have heard 2 people saying 2 different things regarding them. Both of these people i regard as knowledgeable in regards to aspects of Maple.
Spectrum Goggles. - Beg - 2010-10-17
Using your terms, tier 2. Tier 3 is level 71-120 while goggles are level 70.

Aren't decent skills only available on tier 3+ equips tho?
And decent HB, haste and mystic door are all available to equips that are lv 70.

No, the decent skills are available in different level ranges than the regular tiers.
Tier 3: 71-120
Decent skills: 70-200 for HB, Door, Haste, 120-200 for SE.
