KMS didn't give free slots for DB also and they were time limited too
but we got our free slot and not time limited creation

It's kind of surprising that NexonNA gave a free slot for Dual Blade. Maybe in the Korean version people are more willing to pay for slots than over here?

Not having them time limited and coaxing people into making one with a free slot and starting at level 30 means people are more likely to buy their CS Mastery books.
