To those who have played KMS when they had this event what did you have to do to get the perma shoulder pad?

Perma shoulder equips were from Pigmy. The temp one came from the event where you take pictures of tigers, it was awarded randomly.

Event 6 shows the Pigmy additions, the Black Tiger's Claw is the permanent one.
