Isn't it different now? Ever since the maintenance on Wednesday, I get 2 Insignias when I donate 51 (only 1 before), and 3 when I donate 101 (only 2 before). I would assume that you'd get 4 at 151, 5 at 201, etc.
Too lazy to collect any more than that at the moment, so I'm not sure if the pattern continues after 101.
