You don't. It's 2d vs psuedo-3d.. you can't map anything like that in 3d

Bulbapedia is probably your best bet.

Just make it yourself. Get the images of the routes and towns (it's not that hard.), and put them all together.

The entire game is in overhead view. It's not much different.
