Funny fact: this guy actually is right IN PART. The Tespia download still is there: http://download2.nexon.net/Game/MapleStoryT/FullVersion/MSTSetup.exe
Though, obviously, you can't make any accounts or join it right now, as the website was closed AGAIN and there hasn't been a Tespia round since around June 2008.
Also, the setup of that link is for the last round of Tespia, which is the same as GMS 0.55 (as you can see, it's only around 900 MB).
Therefore, LOL.
