I successfully dropped and reacquired all of my QC Medals. When you do, Dalair will offer the Quest Specialist quest again. Is the quest not reappearing in his list at all?

That is strange. I dropped mine about a week ago after the patch ended, and was able to reobtain it. I'm hoping, for your sake, that Nexon didn't bug it up or something. The second you dropped the Medal, the quest should have reappeared under Dalair, so...

Dang, you're good for catching that. This had me totally stumped and I was getting frustrated. That's the problem. I forgot you can't challenge multiple of his original quests at once.
