I've seen them around, and pics of them being used and all, but which gach do they come from? Thanks.

Ive heard of people getting them from Mushroom Shrine, nlc, and heny. But your best bet is Zip, as even if you dont get a chaos scroll, you will still make lots of profit.

Whoa, almost forgot I posted this. Thanks for the tips, tried Zip and got a bunch of pomegranate, but no Chaos Scroll. I think I'll try NLC next time, it seems to be more of a gamble.
P.S., is there a place that lists what pomegranate you get from which gach?

Can a Chaos Scroll give, say, INT on anything that's not a Mage equip? (It is a CHAOS Scroll, after all.)

I don't think so.. the scroll just ups the stats or decreases the stats of it's item.

They seem to come from every gacha but at a very low rate because I've heard of them coming from Ellinia, Perion, and both Zipangus.

If you scroll a non mage item with INT, then it will.
Ex: *insert random color here* Bandana scroll with helmet for INT and then chaos scroll it, it'll either up the int or take some of it out. IMO Guide to Chaos Scrolling, just remember the numbers 1, 3 and 5.

A chaos scroll has a 60% chance of working. If it fails, the item breaks. If it works, it will either add 5 of every stat on the item, add 3, add 1, subtract 5, subtract 3 or subtract 1. That gives you a 10% chance of each, I believe. O_o It will only add/subtract from the stats already on the item, so if you want to Chaos Scroll a work glove that doesn't have any stats except DEF, it will only add DEF. If you Chaos Scroll a work glove with ATT, DEX, and DEF, it will add or subtract 1, 3 or 5 from ALL of those stats.
Chaos scrolling a Facestomper can be expensive, but the only chaos scrolled items I've seen are FSs. Because, if you land a chaos scroll on one, it could end up being 3, 5, or even 7 attack. Or it could be 1 attack, or worse thannthe average snowshoe.
