What I want to know...is if the scrolls come out as being able to break the equips. If not, this is gonna rock with 10% scrolls. Everyone will have a chance at godliness without the breaking risk

Price changes are dependant on whether or not the 30/90% scrolls made are tradeable or not.

But if you take account of the price of each Vega's Scroll, it really evens up. 4k for a 60% * 7 = 28k NX. If you multiply that by the NX:Mesos Ratio (1:8) that's going to cost 224m, just for the CS scrolls. If you add that by the cost of, a say 7 60% Claw Atk, that adds up to 270m. You're paying 270m just for the scrolls to scroll a nice claw. There's also the 10% risk you're taking 7 times that one of them is going to fail.

Err, can someone tell me what 60%/10% scrolls are NOT on the list? I cant seem to think of one that arent "special" like chaos, clean slates, white, etc.

The Earring Scrolls are listed twice. Shoes on Spikes and Cold Protection for Cape are mentioned, but nobody would actually use them on that lol. Shoes for ATT are missing. The only other scrolls that are missing are chaos scrolls and clean slate scrolls, but those are obvious. However:
