Now I based this off of looking at the quest list on Strategy Wiki so some of it might be wrong.

Tienk, the Monster Book Salesman - Under Level 10.

Beginner <Insert Job Here>'s First, Second, Third, Last Training Session - Under Level 40.

Manji and the Secret Group - Under Level 29.
To The Desert... - Under Level 29.

DANGER! <1-G. Mushroom> (2) - Under Level 45.
DANGER! <2-H. Mushroom> (2) - Under Level 52.
DANGER! <3-Z. Mushroom> (2) - Under Level 54.
POLLUTED! <1-Evil Eye> (2) - Under Level 57.
POLLUTED! <2-Curse Eye> 2 - Under Level 65.

Movie Star - Under Level 40.


 Party Quest Quest(s)

 Mushroom Kingdom Related Quests - Level 30 - 38.

 Astaroth Quest Line - Under Level 40.

Just wanted to throw this in that Actor Training was changed to Over Level 40. And as for the Movie Star quest, I didn't receive it as available. Maybe they kept it at Under Level 40. >_>

From my memory, the Rememberer's four Mushroom Castle-related quests are level 24-34, and Karcassa/Camel Cab's are I believe Level 26-36.

Edit: Every one of the Mushroom Castle quests are under level 38, not just The Test and Endangered Mushking Empire. I'll include the name of every quest I've done in a little while.

I'm mildly paranoid, so could we get someone with an extractor to make a complete list of every quest in the game with a "maxlv"* tag on it, and then sort it there by event and non event, job restrictions, etc.

I think I should also point out that these new Training Center quests don't ALWAYS say "Under Level 19", but technically they are, since you're kicked out of that place at Level 20, which makes it impossible to turn in the quests.

On a side note, it would be nice to seperate these quests into each specific job (and race, such as Arans and Cygnus Knights).

I am impressed! It's very organized now! You also missed the Power B. Fore quests for Explorers (I mentioned it before! Monocle). They should be something like:

Regaining Confidence - Under Level 20
<Monster>'s Weakness - Under Level 20

There are a few other quests in the Training Center that don't have the level limit, but.. yeah. I'll include them anyway:
