Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Dalair doesn't list the option to donate to towns other than Henesys, Perion, Kerning City, Ellinia, Sleepywood and Nautilus Harbor. This disables the ability to donate to any other town.

Not a glitch. This was done deliberately in KMS, presumably to increase competition when donation and cause the prices to rise. After all, the donation medals are just one big meso sink anyway and apparently this is a better way to get rid of the mesos.
