I found one while hunting electrophants, it says it's rare in its description, though that doesn't mean much.
How much is it worth?

Those are for upgrading Taru weapons... you need like 50 of them and a level 30 pet, and spirit feathers and some other stuff.
They're pretty annoying to hunt, but I don't think people much want them anymore (just an assumption, as I haven't been on the game for so long). Sorry for not being directly helpful.

In Bellocan they're not worth much at all (less than 1m). No one trys to upgrade the taru weapons anymore, probably because they aren't even that good.

But yeah, no one really buys them. They are rare, so the price is unstable (I've seen 200k to 2 mil) but as a person who collects them I wouldn't buy them for even 300k.
