has anyone confirmed that the cap for ability points is 999? People have told me it was anywhere from 999 to 9999.
Also are the Timeless/Reverse items' exp tied to the characters exp? I mean, do the items gain exp as the character gains exp. and if so, how does this affect the lvl 200s in the crowd? since they cannot gain exp, what happens with their timeless/reverse items?

For the first question, the ability cap for base stats is 999 on Nexon official servers. Boosted stats can get you past the 999 limit (so you can have 999 + 23 DEX for example). Without the Nexon limitation, the client's limit is actually 30,000. All of the following player attributes are signed shorts --> HP, MP, STR, DEX, INT, LUK, DEF, MATK, MDEF, WDEF, Hands

Item exp is tied directly to your own exp gains, and as for level 200s, they still gain exp, it just won't show up and is frozen at zero, so level 200s can level up reverse items.
