I thought it was weapon and magic defense, not HP and MP.

The stats are :

5 str/dex/int/luk
50 Weapon/Magic Defense
15 Avoidability

It should have more stats for the amount of work required to get it. +100 HP/MP would seem good along with some speed and jump.
