its a lvl 77 quest with no pre-requisites.
im lvl 84 (gonna be 85 today
) and the quest does not appear in my quest list.is this supposed to be like that or is it some kind of a bug?

i thought the master goblin npc is out in gms (i saw a ss and wiki doesnt say the quest is not released in gms or unfinished).
and even if it's unfinished i would still like to start it.

They may have disabled the quest from being started since it was initially released prematurely.
