Like I've heard there are two methods of making a Cygnus, and one of them includes being married and having the Cygnus as your kid?
Is anyone certain on what were gonna be doing in GMS? O_o

No such thing as that.
Old Creation Method:
Parent character level 20 and above, goes to Ereb and creates your Cygnus Character.
New Creation Method:
Click Character Create, pick between Cygnus and Adventurer.
