I wouldn't say her control is horrible, she just likes using Barrage too much.

If a striker uses barrage in the middle of a mob instead of sharks or something, she has bad control.

bad control = failing at dealing with monsters that should otherwise be easy to kill
She still manages to avoid attacks and has good timing. There's a gray area between bad control and godly control that I think you don't see. I've seen plenty of videos exhibiting really bad control (pretty much every private server video out there) and this doesn't even come close.

Bad control = doesn't utilize skills well enough to deal the best damage one is able to.
It's either bad, decent, good, or amazing control to me, and imo, using barrage like that is pretty bad control.

She probably just wanted to show off the damage since it was so tempting. The control overall seemed fairly good. I believe this user has a Buccaneer as well, which is why she may be so experienced.
