Broken World Maps - IsaacGS - 2009-06-21
Issue/Problem/Bug: Numerous world maps around the game are broken.
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
This not only occurs in NLC/Crimsonwood and Amoria, but also in areas that have "Dungeon Maps" such as Deep Ludi or the Dead Mines of El Nath. World Map can no long be brought up at all in these areas.

Are you sure it's not because you're in a Hidden Street? For the longest time I've remembered, you can't get the World Map from a Hidden Street location.
