That is from an event we had in KMS. They dropped from monsters and awarded EXP. One arrow was 50 EXP, 2 arrows as 200, and finally, 3 arrows awarded 500 EXP. Those numbers might be wrong though, but I think I remember right.

Good idea for those characters that can take a skele hit/touch damage. Low level warriors/brawlers would benefit most, maybe thieves too, as they can avoid the damage. Hammer + Bone Fish is still the best way for a warrior to level easily though (super wdef up translates even misses into 1 damage).

Brawlers couldn't take a hit until like maybe 6x or something, and just looting those things would suck because the high exp one is kind of rare and only gives a few hundred exp. Tongue1

Yeah the droprate of those is scaled according to level in a way that it's really not worth picking them up manually.
