It's 16 min to 6am here ( Lebanon, 7 hours ahead of est, 10 of pst. ) and still can't sleep I woke up around 1pm and slept around 5am the night before. I'd like to hear (haha cause im not really hearing anything) what you guys do to sleep.

When I was younger, my parents would give me some peppermint-tasting-alcohol. Only did it at times like Christmas though.

haha, I drank beer about 4 hours ago not tired ;( and the night before whiskey, the reason why I love this country is that most rules aren't as enforced, I went on this feild trip with my cousins school and most of the kids on the bus were smoking. Whatever I mightaswell try and sleep, but I'd like to see some more posts when I wake up for furture advice, mhmm pepermint
