depends on the gloves. if you want above 10 attk glove that is like a wg... then you will be paying more. are you talking like scg?

It depends - mage specific gloves will be cheaper, because they won't be sold for HP washing purposes. Anyways, not good with mage prices.

Probably 18-20 matk total depending on your server.
Matk gloves tend to be more expensive due to higher scroll prices and more demand (Mages for damage, other classes for HP Washing).
