I remember GameMX bringing up some figures that didn't seem to match with 20 points, but weren't quite 20% either.

20% doesn't seem right at all, nothing near that dramatic. It's probably 20 points.

20 points. Remember that the atk-formula for monsters is exponential, and wdef-reduction is just linear.

Threaten is the same as disorder, except for disorder disorders (ya rly), and threaten is ranged and hits multiple targets.
