So far the patchnotes does note exclude anything we've been speculating about. December updates can be any- and everything. Episode 2, new party exp system, Krakia, w/e and so on. Alot can be included under Aran events too.

Hmm... Well, scrolls are already buyable with NX via mts, so if these can be traded for any 60% or 10% scroll, it'll certainly put a limit to overzelous inflation of them by merchanters, which is always good...
If it's upgrading 10%s/60%s to 100%s... Well, perfect items ahoy!

I highly doubt the scrolls will have their success rate increased to 100%. That would break the economy so badly that the game will turn to pomegranate.

What do they do anyway? I highly doubt Cash Equips have upgrade slots so it's illogical to assume that they work in the same manner as normal scrolls to begin with. If they can be used on normal equips.. well...

My guess is for random scroll gatch, after all we all no Nexon's love of bad puns and vegas and Vega's are close to the same, that only with there being a Vega it fits the bad pun category really well...

I could understand a random scroll gach if it were 100% every time like Gachapon, but in this case there are 10s and 60s of this scroll. It's got to mean something different.

My thoughts on that are that they are scroll gach's for the respective type of scrolls, as in the 10% one always gives 10% scrolls and the 60% one always gives 60% scrolls. I am even willing to bet that we will soon see 30 and 70 % ones, followed by a Vega's scroll that gives clean slate/ white scrolls.
