All of the Fafnirs (save for the scrolled Cane) are from todays Vellum runs, and 5 more on a mule since my inventory was full.. @_@

Well, I hit the jackpot. Gotten with greed pendant + wealth pot + big spider familiar off krexel. I've also been killing it on 2 other characters with the same setup.
