Seems that Coin Purses preserve Job Advancement Coins past their expiry date.
And it worked! I didn't even have to take it out of the Coin Purse!

Didn't get the lvl70 Beast Tamer achievement either before logging in to my beast tamer. At the same time I noticed that for some reason my BT had the 3 rows achievement done despite not doing any of these events there.
