About the accuracy, it is at 83 (84 if wielding a 78ATT/6STR/2DEX Japanese Map). If the Sniper Pill is used, the accuracy is 93 (94) to chop off the accuracy loss from Ciders.

To be honest, I'm not knowledgeable at %/hr, because it's hard to keep track of time without using a countdown software.

It's ridiculous how easy it is to level nowadays. The Agent Quest, and the quest you see my complete gave me 10% all the way up to level 40.
