Gollux pendants beat dominators, yeah, but primals can be used to craft the new ark rings, which are pretty good.

I think here in Bellocan they still go for 500-600m? We didn't have too many duped primals though, so unsure on other server prices. I think you could grab a decent amount in any server though.

During 2x on 4x drop I had 3 sw weapons drop from red kraken. Do Drop multipliers apply to commerci bosses?

Yes. EXP and Drop multipliers work on the mobs during voyages.
