And I don't agree that logging a ticket is equivalent to having the power to fix it.
It's important that some people log tickets to make them more aware of the issue, but if they are aware of the glitch, then any idiot can see how horrible and debilitating it is. I don't think that 1000 tickets compared to 500 tickets will make them suddenly realize it's more important than whatever importance they gave it. Just like with the guild hack. They were flooded with tickets. They had to ask people to stop making tickets about it. Flooding them with tickets does nothing more than flood them with tickets.
But he's welcome to ask people to do it, but not annoy people without stating a course of action.

he's the mild version of a terrorist, maple style. his ways might not be the best ones but his concern is a valid concern and he's fighting for a valid cause 
in any case, nexon does have a way of ignoring issues. the least they could do is acknowledge the various glitches available in game, not just the marksman glitch, but every other glitch and at least say they're analyzing the best possible way they can tackle the problem and fix it. usually they stay with just 1 or 2 glitches for 2 or 3 months until saying "yeah, we know about that one too, we're working on it right now."
for the record, xbish isn't a jerk, he's just a pissed off mapler with a broken skill (which happens to be snipe or pierce, i get confused with the 2 >.>) i'm sure he doesn't mean to annoy and i'm inclined to think his choice of words wasn't the ones he was looking for

Doesn't anyone realize that NxProse is a Designer and not a programmer, and thus he has no idea why this is happening? He is here to talk about Masteria and other content, not explain to you why a skill is bugged. I doubt he knows. His job is to draw new content, come up with storyline ideas, and other interesting challenges. What you all seem to be expecting is for him to know everything that's going on in all aspects of the game at once. It's pretty much like walking up to the artist of your favorite animated show and asking him what the voice actors are doing right now. It's because of people dragging things off topic and fighting (like that ridiculous showa argument going on in the Q&A thread yesterday, none of them had a clue what they were talking about.) that gets the thread locked down.

although you do have a valid point issac, you seem to forget he and the programmers work in the same company. just like when people used to tell things to NxJoeW that he didn't work with, NxProse is suffering the same fate. as long as he can let them know what are the concerns of the community, it's all good.
to use your example, if you talk to the artist about the poor performance of a certain voice actor, i'm sure he'll pass on that information forward. after all, the problems of the company affect the company as a whole and NxProse is, indeed, a part of this company.

And the voice actor could easily just say, who the hell are you to tell me how to voice act. You're a freaking artist, go away and draw something, don't tell me how to do my job.
At least with NxJoeW, he was the community rep (whatever his title was, I forgot). His job was to interact with the community and so forth, so it was within his bounds and expectations to listen to our complaints/etc. And he actually had power to look into situations and power to take action/get things fixed (or tell people to fix things).

We aren't necessarily complaining about his response. The complaint really is that new content is sort of useless for Marksmen at the moment. Marksmen can't even properly train on the mobs we have now, why should we get excited for new ones? All we are currently is Sniper's on steroids. We have nice Strafe damage...that would have been nice during 3rd job but hardly cuts it during 4th.
