The reason doesn't change the result, it's still spoon-feeding them levels which adventurers didn't get.

The Cygnus pre-level 10 quests weren't exactly following a storyline.

..Adventureres have the Maple Island quests. Your'e talking about the level -10 quests, right? then yes, they did follow a storyline. They introduced you to the Knights of Cygnus.

I find it funny how I had just said that the old skills needed a revamp, since the Cygnus skills pretty much blow every other skill out of the water.
They look sexy though. Do want.
