So, I was AFK making some food, and I come back to see that I was in a game. Luckily I came back at the loading screen. Champion auto-selected for me? Poppy. Runes and masteries I had to use were my previous ones... so AP Tank masteries from the Maokai game about an hour before hand. Was sent bot with our victor. He had pushed up to the enemy turret just about, so I went support Poppy for laning(aka hide in bush wait for somebody to be out of position rush in with e, q them, then back in the bush. Luckily for me their Amumu and Veiger liked to stand rignt next to walls ;3 Ended up going 7/2/3. Was a good game.

Jax the Grandmaster at Arms - Remastered (Remake)
Lololol his new Counter Strike looks like it might make Jax a really good 1v1 solo top. Dodges all incoming attacks once you pop it, then stun surrounding enemies once its up? Too gud. And using it defensively (ex: popping it and running away from ganks while avoiding attacks during its duration) sounds too trololol. Actually, the new Counter Strike sounds too trololololol.Quote:
Summoners!
In the latest patch we’re finalizing our Dodge stat remakes, which, among others, means some exciting new changes for your favorite Grandmaster at Arms. In addition to some new gameplay, we’ve also given Jax a few new animations and spell effects to accompany his new mechanics.
To kick things off, let’s start with a preview of some of the new mechanics that we’re working with in Jax’s new kit. Jax’s core ability Counter Strike had previously relied on Dodging to trigger its effect. While the mechanics of the ability were strong, its reliance on a random event made it difficult to rely on at best, particularly if the enemy team favored Ability Power champions for damage.
Dodge is an important aspect of Jax’s identity and with the removal of passive dodge we have the opportunity to make significant changes to the way Counter Strike functions. We wanted to keep the feel of dodge around as a Jax-only mechanic without the negatives of the old passive dodge stat. In the coming patch, when you activate your Counter Strike, the Grandmaster at Arms will begin dodging all incoming attacks for the duration of the ability. When the duration expires, he will damage all enemies in an area around him and stun them for a short period of time. This will allow Jax players to avoid incoming attacks and disrupt opponents using their own skill and ability instead of relying on random chance.
For more information on the mechanics of the full Jax’s remake, stay tuned for a Jax Champion Spotlight in the coming days!
In addition to shaking up Jax’s kit with some new mechanics to eliminate his reliance on a random Dodge chance, we also decided that this was an opportune time to fine-tune a few of Jax’s visuals. This included a brand new animation and spell effect for Counter Strike, along with a new animation to accompany his joke emote.
So there you have it! Polish up your lamppost, because the Grandmaster at Arms has never looked better. Be sure to check out the Jax Champion Spotlight for a full preview of the upcoming changes to Jax, as well as a primer on how to utilize his new mechanics!
The question of "to what extent can Jax dodge attacks?" is answered here:
But again, I may be speaking this a bit too prematurely, so I'll sit back and wait until the remake'd Jax spotlight comes out.Quote:

I'm guessing they will explain how they're going to change his ult's active in his remake spotlight.
Hurray, I'm going to have some fun playing Jax.
Lux game was fun. Lux game was fun indeed.

Taric too outrageous.
So I was invited to do a draft normal game. Since Skarnerssss didn't get banned and I was the leader of my team, I instalocked him and carried the team. Shyt's so messed up mangz. I even put a lot of pressure on Rumble top lane. Showed up in his lane to attack him not once, not twice, nor three times, but five! Overconfidence got the better of him, because when I showed up the last time, I had my ult, and he went down really fking hard.
I dunno what their Udyr was thinking, but he would repeatedly show up at my blue 30 seconds or so after I would take it. Nevertheless, I didn't appreciate his antics, so I took his red, then 1v1'd him in his own jungle. Oh man did he try to run, but Skarnerssss' tractor beam was too strong.
Then I went tanky after sowing terror and fear into their hearts. Eehehehehehe!
A WILD SUMMONER HAS APPEARED!
That wriggles ward so important. Cannot waste it. Also, how'd I miss dragon fist lee sin. MUST BUY.
About 5 minutes into the game, 2 players left from our team. Taric came back about 20 minutes later, but it was too late to matter. Meanwhile, ripping people to shreds with Kog. If only I could play this well on a winning team :/
Still, I'm amazed we held our own so well/so long. Could've been a lot worse, if they'd been sticking together.

Another Stonewall-hosted custom match
It was COMPLETELY sloppy for my team at the beginning. Every lane made lots of mistakes, which resulted in a score of 0-12 by end of early game. However, the other team's Sivir DCed, which allowed us a lot of room to push and do quite a bit of shiznit. In the end, we came back and took the game, though Stonewall wasn't at all impressed.
I really wish people knew how to play good early games. I swear, I get feeders is every game because no one understands how this game works. If you can't win you lane, and you shouldn't assume you always can kill your opponents based on skill, you farm up, and don't feed while waiting for the first few towers to go down. It's so easy, yet some many people just. don't. understand.
