I've been unsuccessful in finding a job after I graduate. I also starting exercising a little, I jokingly flexed my arm for one of my female friends and there was actually a little bit of definition there which surprised us both.

Coming into this year, I thought Japanese was gonna be the course I was gonna struggle the most in, and everything else was gonna be ezpz
Now for whatever reason Japanese is the easy one and everything else (except for a course about natural disasters I have to take for credits) is not so ezpz (at least, not as easy as I expected)
I have a job interview tomorrow, but despite my desire for a part time job during school, I actually kinda regret applying. Not because of what the job is or where it is, but rather because I overestimated how much free time I actually have. The work's starting to pile up. D:
Decided to check this forum once again only to be saddened to find it barely populated at all. :f4:
Geez, I had to think for a while in order to remember which face goes on which Function key. :f3:
edit: wow, look at that GMS status page.. game is pretty much dead, huh?
My brother and sister are so ungrateful. No wonder my mom went on a cooking strike.
Got the class average of 65% on my first physics test and got a 0% on my computer programming lab today awww yea baby university thats what I'm talkin about!!!
Couldn't play League the past two days cause my ping was at a spicy 200. Then when my ping goes down to 70 all of a sudden my modem decides it's sick of this shit and suddenly I'm perma-2k ping, all while I'm duoing with my friend for his promos.
Yeahhhh considering today was pretty good for me as far as networking/school goes, I think this is a sign I should just put League down again. Dreams of high elo will wait until I actually have an excuse to play in my free time :^)
Landlord approved me to get this lovely lady:

Bad news is I have to travel to Cranbrook to get her, which is essentially 12 hours away.
Roadtrip it is. I've heard there's some hot springs in the area so maybe I'll be stopping there.
Oh, and my work permit came. Looks like Canada will have to deal with me for at least 3 more years :glitter:
Pretty sure I ate pomegranate on my Classical Dynamics exam. Complex Analysis exam today went ok, today for whatever reason there was torrential rain and a tornado so half the class did not show. Because of this, I get to retake the midterm on Monday (assuming its gonna be different version) and decide which I want to be graded.
Tomorrow is Halloween and I am gonna gay it up but I have a feeling we're gonna get another down pour. :(
I'm pretty stoked for the LoL World Champioship viewing party tonight at Dave and Busters! I managed to rangle some friends into going last minute so it should be a pretty awesome night. Next day my girl friend (yes we're official now) and some of those same friends will be going to an EDM concert complete with Halloween mazes and performers. We're all going in costume! My EE friend and I rigged up some LED lighting to sync with the music and work into our costumes which should make us super cool. To my fellow engineers and physicists: this makes the chicks go crazy! I will be going as the Arrow (economy costume, but very recognizable) with my friends as other DC characters (Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Joker, etc).
Work is pretty unexciting after a stress filled previous week so I'm going to actually enjoy this weekend.
So my weekend was an awesome combination of disaster and fun. The viewing party at D&B was super fun, but we had to wait in line in the cold for ~3 hours just to get in because of security concerns and some underestimates on the number of people attending. There ended up being 600+ people! I was so tired by the end of it that I was basically taking naps between plays. I think I'm getting too old for these all nighters. So I basically did the same thing the next night. I slept for 4 hrs after the viewing party then drove straight up to see my gf and meet with friends for the festival. Everything went smoothly going in and we had an awesome time. Then my roommate managed to lose to his car keys and wallet. We had to wait in line at lost and found for over an hour. I was once again freezing my butt off since this was from 2-3 am. Fortunately my roommate got his stuff back and only lost $20 from his wallet. Then of course my gf and I got lost looking for my car. We ended up walking something like 5 miles until we found the damn lot. I will never forget to pin drop my spot again! We made it home by 5am and got ~4 hours sleep. I then helped her study for a few hours since she's got a final today. I then drove straight past my home and downtown to have a friend's surprise birthday party. The fish was expensive, but excellent. I just wish I hadn't been so damned tired by that point.
Ironically, I was so tired that I slept really well and actually woke up early for work today. Being this social is exhausting (and expensive!), but totally fun.
Think I might have failed my physics test rip. All my fault for thinking I could stay on track of homework while visiting my girlfriend, I failed in my priorities and now I can't get this anxious feeling to go away. It sucks I did the past tests and they were not similar at all :/. I guess its only worth 12%...
i'm not doing well, but i'm doing well enough. have i had to pull 3 all-nighters this semester? yeah maybe. do i have everything figured out and under control? no, but it's better than in high school. it's been raining aggressively for the last week and a half but today the sun is out and i don't have that much work so things are looking up :)
Today has been an interesting day. I've decided I want to change my major to biochemistry, so that's cool. I'm still nervous because I am doing absolutely terrible in my business calculus class and I don't think I'm going to pass it. Which isn't a big deal, next semester I'll take pre-calc and then Calc 1 next year for my biochem major. College is stressful.
So... it's been a rough year. But to keep everything short and sweet (and because I don't want to ramble on and on with my petty little issues).. I've graduated high school, though not by traditional means. Praise the holy heavens for California and it's CHSPE test.
As of Oct. 17th, I now have a California High School Proficiency Certificate in lieu of a diploma.
