That's a world tour quest, it probably won't be reset. But don't take my word for it.

Aren't those only level 10 skills with low-stat, most likely clean equipment? I'm sure it would be more impressive if you're actually playing it in the real server.
Then again, I have no idea what you're expecting to see in the mage changes. To me, however, I think Ice Mages are awesome now. If only their Chain Lightning skill wasn't limited to only three mobs... =/

I was expecting astronomically high base numbers that would only be amplified by my unbending might and sexual prowess, or some such thing. Good call on the clean equips but if I'm not hitting 100k + CLs I will be very sad, and judging by that video I'll be probably going for like... 80k at best.

You have it backwards actually. Any quests that were related to getting to a boss were reset, Neo City, Pap, ToT, etc. The whole "Your entire questbook gets reset" was just a simple mistake due to lack of information.

Yeah, the whole "quest were reset" thing is stupid. The better term to use would be "renewed." All of your completed quests are still there, completed. However, there's a new set of quests of pretty much the same thing, which you can do after Big Bang.

I have max slow on my FP and it is actually pretty useful when I was playing it. I can only assume -80 will be even better. It'll also make things easier to KB as with -40, paralyze barely kept HH in place and it usually came closer very slowly.
Pretty sure besides movement speed, attacks come off slower too, kind of like in hob pq where you attack slower when you're at 0% speed
