10+ days to your first visit to talk to people, which is only available after the Elite 4. You need to rush there immediately after post game and talk to everybody.

I was there within...2-3 days of beating the Elite 4, tops? Only had 2 people chilling in mine (plus everybody in the mayor's house). :/
