You don't get a scroll. You only got a scroll from Hot Time, events, and making a new character as far as I recall. No one got a scroll from logging in after Big Bang. You're supposed to log in with all your SP unspent.

Trying, but the login server is not working well. I can have them both at the channel select screen, though.
90% -> "Could not be processed due to too many connection requests to the server. Please try again later."
10% -> The PIC never pops up at character select screen.

Gee, cause there's an event that requires you to log in for one hour per character every day until the 23rd to get an irreplaceable item.

I'm fairly sure it was from an event. There is absolutely no way they could possibly manage it with only scrolls, because those all expire, so anyone with a character made before Big Bang and logs in a month after Big Bang gets completely fucked.

I had 40 SP when I logged
maxed Critical, HP and dice.
It doesn't mean that Nexon doesn't suck, but I had the SP for that at least. No infighting mastery, can't get pirate rage...

I think that ch 2-4 on broa just crashed. Also, Gallos are even more broken then before. I get .11% per kill at lv 97 and they only do about 150damage to me.

Anyone who keeps playing without a full SP reset is a moron. Go flood their forums and log out to protest an emergency patch WITH what we are entitled to.
