It means any elemental attack (Holy/Dark/Fire/Ice/Lightning/Poison). Check my tables for clearer descriptions.

Blast only. It's a way to encourage using Blast as a Paladin's end game attack for single targets.

The skill balance comes directly from KMS so if they didn't change a thing we'd have that buff.

It would only be missing if they specifically took it out.
