There's no Witch Belt exchange or Olivia crap this year, but whoever copy+pasted the info in their original announcement didn't know that apparently.

They don't I tried. Weird thing is a few Malay mobs do and Showa mobs did a little for me. But no Ninja Castle or anything else.I sense that this was not well planned at all and was intended to be better Monocle

By the way, if you have a zakum helm on, there is no zombie effect.
