9/11 happened when I was in 7th grade. Meh.

2001... I think I was in 3rd grade. Everything was normal. School didn't say anything, my mom and dad just said "some towers crashed" and I went upstairs to do homework and played on my N64 or Gamecube. Probably the N64 though.
Either way, I don't think I was effected by it at all. To this day, I don't feel anything .-..

Anyways yeah I try to stay away from Americans on September 11th like I stay away from Black people in February. I stay home listening to Earth, Wind and Fire.

I was 6 when this happened.
My parents just basically sent me to my room when I asked them why were those planes crashing into those buildings.
Man I was that gullible.
They never really did told me. So I basically went unknown of this tragedy till I was like, 9. =/

I can't hate the Muslims. They are a kind, giving people that believe in many the same things as Christians/Jews do. I'm actually reading the Qu'Ran(English translation) at the moment and am really starting to think I should convert. I have always found "discrepancies" in how the Bible and interpretations of it have been viewed by the Christian populous around me. There is a wide gap between the truth that people are always searching for and the actual purpose of the Bible/Qu'Ran to begin with. That is where Christians, Muslims/Jews start to vary. Christians get overblown about the entire Genesis/Revelations stories and proclaim that God created everything, science is false, and the end of the world is always upon us. Then they over-blow Heaven and Hell and proclaim that you must be good to get into Heaven and that any wrong you may do will be counted against you. Muslims on the other hand believe in science, believe that Allah is the creator of all life and that he is the only one you must please. The way you do that is by being benevolent towards others and giving of yourself to the common good. The only section of the Qu'Ran extremists go insane over is the promise of Ji'had. Ji'had is only a means of defense when another person/group/people/nation attack you. It is self-defense with a prize. Some extremists pervert the means of Ji'Had into the slaying of as many of the invaders as possible. That is what 9/11 was, means of insanity brought on by a few people. I can't hate an entire religion based on that.
Oh, and at Xiger, ya, I never really understood what happened until the Afghanistan War started then the entire Weapons of Mass Destruction thing and that's when it hit me just how badly the U.S. wanted revenge by any means necessary and why the Trade Towers were so important. Don't blame yourself for not knowing right off the bat, there was very little information available for a long while there.
